MOTN, the Abu Dhabi favorite family friendly festival is launching its intergalactic version! This November, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) presents the “Out of This World” edition, running from 28 November to 2 December across two locations: The picturesque Al Mugheirah Bay of Al Dhafra and the commercial heart of the emirate – Al Ain Square. Co-presented with event producer Brag, MOTN Festival will be an out-of-this-world experience featuring heart-pumping rides, exciting adventure games, scrumptious F&B lineup, and lots of entertainment for families in celebration of National Day weekend.

An ‘Out of This World’ Experience Across Two Iconic Venues

Al Dhafra’s Waterfront Wonderland

In Al Dhafra, MOTN turns Al Mugheirah Bay, a Modon waterfront, into an experiential celebration where every corner of the area is awash with happiness and exploration. Carnival rides and games, performances, contests, and food vendors make the venue comfortable for people to attend.

Children are also able to play in the Arts & Crafts corner where they can have a number of fun workshops and spectacular shows to watch. Teenagers can forget all the stress at The Smash Room, where teens can break, stomp, and bash items and other things. Teens and adults can watch dramas, comedies and concerts at the Community Stage, while the foodies can taste shawarmas, ramen, French and other world cuisines.

Al Ain’s Adventure-Packed Playground

On the other hand, MOTN’s annual festival grounds in Al Ain will showcase new carnival rides, bounce houses and numerous pieces of art work. For children, there is Arts & Crafts with many toys and drawings and for teenagers, there are the Lava Pool or the very futuristic Arcade with games in space. Families can have fun with musicals and performances by local artists at the Community Stage, and take photographs against the backdrop of the festival’s space theme.

Standalone restaurants, local food concepts, patented franchises and fine dining restaurants will define Al Ain’s food scene with Drip Burger’s Wagyu, Wok Boyz of Asian origin, London’s Soft Serve Society and Freakshakes, Bubble Tea and other Ice cream specialties.

Celebrating National Day in Style

As a part of the MOTN Festival, the UAE National Day is a bright completion held on the 2nd of December. This special day will entail fireworks display, alongside live performances from famous artists in UAE (soon to be announced). People can bring their families and friends to get entertained in festivities or to learn the historical and cultural side of Abu Dhabi in a lively environment.
