Dubai is ready to host the 30th Day of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), a prestigious event on the city’s calendar. The festival will take place from December 6, 2024 to January 12, 2025 and offer guests unique shopping pleasures combined with entertainment and cultural programs.
In its 30th edition, DSF is launching the new DSF Nights initiative, which will be held at Dubai Festival City Mall (DFCM) for 38 days with spectacular events, fabulous free concerts, entertaining programs for families, and spectacular experiences.

A Festival of Music and Entertainment
The key feature of DSF Nights will be weekly free to attend concerts every Saturday night at Festival Bay featuring the Arab World’s top music icons. This series of Free Concerts on every Saturday Night will have some of the most famed musicians across the Arab region.
The first concert in the series is on December 6th, 2024 with Ahmed Saad the Egyptian star; the second concert is with the talented Shamma Hamdan on December 7th, 2024 and the last concert is with the legendary Diva Diana Haddad on December 14th, 2024.
They will be followed by Yara Mena on December 21st, Hams Fikri on January 4th, and Ibrahim Al-Sultan on January 11th with more artists to be released in the coming weeks. People can book their spots through the Blue Rewards App.
X Factor Live Shows Every Sunday
This fun will go on every Sunday night with the X Factor live show, in cooperation with Dubai TV. From December 8, the show will be showcasing live performances by newcomers from the region helped by famous coaches Ragheb Alama, Rahma Riad, and Fayez AlSaeed.
With its auditions’ phase filmed until January 12, 2015, the X Factor show will see three types of act compete for success with the help of the judging troupe.
As part of the lively nature of the event, the organizers plan to bring famous brands to retail pop-up stores. Samsung’s activation will be from 10 to 30 December consisting of a demo of Sketch to Image AI technology, Photo booth, Eco zone on health and fitness and performances.
IMAGINE Shows and Fireworks
Visitors can immerse themselves in two new IMAGINE light and water shows.
- Ya Salam Ya Dubai (6:30 PM)
- Dubai Kawkab Akhir (9:15 PM)
To round-up each successful day, grand fireworks will be displayed in the sky of Dubai.
Family Fun and Culinary Delights
The event is aimed at attracting a wide audience of all ages and includes such attractions as meeting with Modesh and Dana – cartoon characters from Dubai, fashionable eating places, and beautiful scenic locations. Visitors can explore:
- Dining Experiences: Sample the latest concepts in pop up restaurants, mobile gastronomy cuisines, and temporary structures such as Helipad by Frozen Cherry or Sayf Dubai.
- Meet-and-Greets: Younger kids will have Modesh or Dana, the official city mascots to entertain them and families can engage in so many activities.
