Elon Musk’s The Boring Company has announced plans to build a major underground tunnel network across the United Arab Emirates. The proposed system will cover more than 150km of tunnels and is planned in addition to the already announced Dubai Loop. The company says the project is designed to tackle heavy traffic by moving transportation underground.
