During the launch of the 30th Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) on December 6, Dubai will witness an incredible spectacle of 1,000 drones flying and illuminating the sky twice each night. The daily Dubai drone shows can be witnessed by the spectators for those 38 days, starting from Friday, December 6 to Sunday, January 12 at Bluewaters Island and The Beach, JBR. This production is courtesy of Emarat which has two performances per night, at 8 PM and 10 PM.
Dubai is set to create a record of sorts with its most spectacular sky anaesthesia to be performed yet. This was in a tweet whereby plans to make the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) even better were unveiled that when the festival happens from December 6, 2024 to January 12, 2025, fireworks and drones will be utilized resulting to an enticing vision. After more than a month of great performances, the festival will shine like never before this year.
Dubai seems to be setting a record yet again by synchronizing one of the most beautiful spectacles known to mankind- fireworks and drones. This spectacular display performance will be seen hovering over Bluewaters and The Beach at JBR on December 13. The event will involve 150 pyro-drones, and there will be two opportunities to see it at least – at 8 PM and at 10 PM. For some audience, who feels that they have been left expecting, there is a second show lined up for as January 11 to as a final way of closing the festival in style.
Every evening at 8 PM and 10 PM, drones will fly above Bluewaters Island and JBR with fabulous light shows and stunning shapes of fleets, including 1,000 drones. The first part of the event which will be organized from December 6 to 26 will be a celebration of the history of the organization of the DSF festival for 30 years. Continuing the drone show interactive element, drones will spell out a QR code from December 6th to 12th. They can scan it in order to send custom message which will appear on December 13th, that’s how we can celebrate this day in somewhat different way.

Dubai Festival City Mall will light up the night sky with fireworks display and if you’re in the mood for something extra special, the weekends in Hatta will have firework shows every Tuesday and Friday at 8 pm.
