In just a couple of days, the Dubai T100 Triathlon (Dubai T100) returns with four adrenaline-fueled days of racing, revelry, and record-breaking moments from 13–16 November, right in the heart of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30—and it’s completely FREE for spectators to watch.

Whether you’re an elite athlete, fitness-inspired, or just in it for the atmosphere, Dubai T100 promises something for everyone: epic pro races, beginner-friendly runs, a Guinness World Record, live music, family activities, and serious festival vibes, all set against Dubai’s iconic skyline.

THE RACE LINE-UP: FROM PROS TO FIRST-TIMERS
The Dubai T100 sporting bonanza kicks off on Thursday, 13 November, with the Duathlon Relay Powered by Dubai Eye 103.8, a fun, team-based run-bike-run race (5 km run, 22 km bike, 5 km run) perfect for colleagues or friends (2–3 people per team) to get the action started.
On Friday, 14 November, the School Aquathlon takes over Jumeirah 3 Beach–Sunset, inviting young participants to dive into a fun and friendly swim-run race designed just for kids.

Saturday, 15 November, is the big day, featuring the Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) for beginners looking to take on a mini challenge, and The Music Run, a 5K party run starting from 5:30 PM, packed with lights, DJs, and unbeatable energy for just AED 138 per person. The same day also sees the headline Dubai T100 Pro Race, where the world’s top triathletes, including Race to Qatar leaders Hayden Wilde (NZL) and Kate Waugh (GBR), as well as the likes of Jelle Geens (BEL), Mika Noodt (GER), and Julie Derron (SUI), take on a 100 km course (2 km swim, 80 km bike, 18 km run) through the heart of Dubai.
The weekend closes on Sunday, 16 November, with the Amateur T100, a chance for passionate non-professional athletes to race the full 100 km distance, crossing the finish line at Meydan alongside the pros, with the majestic Burj Khalifa towering in the background and a city of supporters cheering them on.

Keep your eyes on Ghani Souleymane, the Dubai-based endurance machine attempting his 100th consecutive T100 triathlon and aiming to earn a place in the Guinness World Records. An extraordinary, history-making moment to be witnessed live.

IT’S NOT TOO LATE: SIGN UP FOR THE MUSIC RUN
It’s not too late to sign up for The Music Run, taking place on Saturday, 15 November, from 5:30 PM. Last call tickets are available for AED 138. Participants will enjoy a 5KM party run set to high-energy music zones, an epic afterparty rave with a live DJ, and a swag pack to deck them out for the night.
