Dubai will soon become the home of the epitome of coastal luxurious living with the project of Naia Island Dubai, an upcoming luxury private island long-term project located adjacent to the world-renowned Burj Al Arab. The project is unveiled on Wednesday, and it is already in the construction phase, which will be completed in 2029.

Naia Island Dubai, located miles off the coast of Jumeirah, will be an exclusive beachfront residential development with estate land for sale and single-family homes. There will also be the promised privacy of beach access to the future Cheval Blanc Maison Hotel on the island, which is set to be a gem in the luxury hospitality industry in Dubai.

A New Standard of Opulence
The Cheval Blanc Maison Hotel shall include 30 exclusive suites and 40 individual pool villas, all of which are to have a panoramic view of some of the most celebrated landmarks in Dubai. The hotel is targeted to embrace the ultra-high-net-worth customers who desire an exclusive and custom luxury.
The development of the project is undertaken by Shamal Holding, a United Arab Emirates-based investment company, in collaboration with Cheval Blanc, a luxury hospitality brand that is part of LVMH.
They form a milestone in our mission of shaping engaging moments, and an exciting milestone in the history of Shamal as it continues to cultivate visionary firsts to strengthen Dubai as the global standard of exceptional, world-class living experiences, said Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding.
Strategic Location and Global Appeal
Naia Island will be incorporated into major road links in Dubai, which means that it will be isolated and at the same time accessible. The process corresponds to the progressive city and tourism growth strategy of Dubai and part of the Dubai 2030 Vision, an action plan to set the city among the top three tourist destinations worldwide.
