Dubai International Airport (DXB) has launched DXB Greet & Go, an innovative smart pickup facility within its Terminal 3 that is turning the arriving process of potentially anyone to a celebration of a new arrival. The new solution will also usher in the replacement of old technique in paging of guests, which became too outdated and will bring in a more efficient, secure and personalized experience to greet their visitors to Dubai.
The DXB Greet & Go service satisfies the needs of guests to whom pre-booked hotel and limousine or tour operator services are offered. Rather than looking at the names on a sign, passengers are now able to scan a special QR code at a specific station in the Arrivals section of Terminal 3. This fast scan can give them immediate visibility to critical details, their assigned driver identity, car details, parking place, and the car registration number.
After scanning the QR code, a multilingual professional team will be present to send the guests straight to their waiting driver and vehicle. This makes the process of transferring the terminals to their subsequent journey smooth and stress free.
DXB Greet & Go is strategically positioned in the Arrivals region of Terminal 3, providing a secure and well-ordered meeting point that meets the high service and security levels of DXB. With high expectations of this system, the congestion in the arrivals hall is intended to decrease substantially, the flow of the passengers is anticipated to improve and finally a professional and friendly welcome to the visitors will be created.

DXB Greet & Go is the service that can be enjoyed only by the licensed hotels, limousine service providers, and tour operators in Dubai. Such enterprises can conveniently sign up their drivers and vehicles on the unique DXB Greet & Go portal. They are then able to send personalized QR code to the guests before they arrive. When this code is scanned at DXB, guests can be verified promptly and are promptly attended to by the on-ground staff making the pickup process at DXB convenient and seamless.
