Another new safety regulation, announced in collaboration between the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the Dubai Police, is set to be implemented starting November 1, 2025. This regulation stipulates that delivery riders will no longer be permitted to use high-speed lanes. Within the new regulation, the delivery motorcycles will not be allowed to use the two leftmost lanes of roads with five or more lanes or the leftmost lane of the streets with three or four lanes.
