Revolutionizing Judicial Efficiency with Smart Technology
The new Digital Indicators Platform aims to address the needs of judicial committees and court sessions in the operational context by providing an intelligent and interactive dashboard that allows them to monitor the performance data and other key judicial indicators in real-time. The platform allows real-time insights to decision-makers with high-quality data visualization and analytics, which improves transparency, efficiency, and accuracy of the judicial process. The system will speed up the case management process by automating data tracking and incorporating AI-based insights, and guarantees that all phases of the litigation cycle are the most accurate tracking of the process, which is a significant step towards achieving the Dubai vision of becoming a global leader in digital justice systems.

Smart App Expanding Access to Judicial Services
Recently, this year, the RDC also introduced the RDC Smart App, which is a single digital gateway that enables users to access important judicial services using their smartphones. The app is accessible to both Android and iOS, allowing people to make urgent and interim orders, first claims, and receive digital verdicts without complications. This innovation is part of the current endeavor towards a paperless and user-friendly judicial experience at the Center, to make it accessible and convenient to the residents, investors, and legal practitioners in the city of Dubai.
Commitment to Transparency and Innovation
As highlighted by His Excellency Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, the Chairman of the Rental Disputes Center, the initiative is part of a broader vision of Dubai to use advanced technology to serve society in the best possible way.
GITEX Global 2025 is in line with the vision of Dubai to promote digital transformation and use the latest technologies to serve the community. According to him, the opening of the Digital Indicators Platform proves that we are always ready to create a smart and sustainable judicial climate, which will meet the expectations of the users and, at the same time, provide accurate, transparent, and fast resolution of cases.
He then mentioned that the partnership of the Center as the strategic justice partner in GITEX is an indication of its commitment to institutional excellence, digital integration, and cooperation with government and industry to implement judicial innovation at a global scale.
A Suite of Smart Services Supporting Property Stability
In addition to the new platform, the RDC still provides a full range of online judicial services, which include:
